‘Céard Atá I Gceist Le Rochtain Ar Aac Don Ghaeilge Duitse? Geabaire, An Chéad Aip Aac Siombail-Bhunaithe Don Ghaeilge:Réamhthorthaí Ó Staidéar Measúnaithe

Tá Geabaire ar an gcéad aip AAC siombail-bhunaithe don Ghaeilge. Roghnaíonn úsáideoirí sraith focal a gcomhchaitéinítear in abairt iad agus deir guthanna sintéiseacha ABAIR an abairt sin. Dearadh Geabaire chun léiriú a thabhairt ar struchtúir theangeolaíocha na Gaeilge. Tá stór fairsing focal logánta ann freisin le cur ar a gcumas do dhaoine nach féidir leo dul i muinín na hurlabhra a gcuid smaointe agus riachtanas a chur in iúl, dul i ngleic leis na curaclaim, agus caidreamh a bhunú lena dteaghlach, lena bpobal agus le daltaí eile. Is iad daltaí uathacha san oideachas lán-Ghaeilge na sprioc-úsáideoirí, ach tá súil againn go rachaidh Geabaire chun tairbhe do raon úsáideoirí níos leithne freisin. Sa pháipéar seo, pléitear dearadh agus forbairt Geabaire agus réamhthorthaí ó agallaimh leathstruchtúrtha a rinneadh le múinteoirí, tuismitheoirí, teiripeoirí urlabhra agus teanga, agus úsáideoir AAC. Dírítear ann ar mhachnamh na rannpháirtithe ar a bhfuil i gceist le AAC don Ghaeilge dóibh féin. Léirítear leis na torthaí go bhfuil gá le AAC don Ghaeilge chun rochtain chothrom ar an bhféiniúlacht teanga agus chultúrtha a éascú agus lena chur ar a gcumas d’úsáideoirí a bheith rannpháirteach ina dtimpeallachtaí cumarsáideacha.
